Terms of Service

1. Parties

Sieng is a sole proprietorship founded by Ruos Sieng, based in Turnhout, Belgium (hello@sieng.nl). Client refers to the individual or company entering into an agreement with Sieng.

2. Services

Sieng delivers AI-optimised websites and chatbots as described on sieng.nl. Standard delivery time is 14 business days after receipt of all required information from the client.

3. Pricing and payment

• One-time setup fee of €449 (excl. VAT) is due at the start of the project.
• Monthly subscription is invoiced in advance. Payment due within 14 days of invoice.
• Late payment entitles Sieng to suspend services.

4. Cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective the next billing period. No minimum term.
• Upon cancellation, the client retains full ownership of the website and receives all source files.
• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.

5. Ownership and IP

The website and client content remain the client's property. Sieng's proprietary tools and methodologies remain Sieng's property.

6. Liability

Sieng is not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue. Liability is capped at 3 months of fees paid. Sieng does not guarantee specific rankings in search engines or AI systems.

7. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
